Shannon Humphreys

Shannon Humphreys has a BA(Hons) in Dance in Society from the University of Surrey, Guildford, England. She began her career in non-profit administration in the Office for the Arts Dance Program at Harvard University. Shannon has worked as Company Liaison and Coordinator of Volunteers at Orlando Ballet under the direction of Fernando Bujones and is currently the Executive Assistant to the Chair of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at Harvard Medical School. Previously she has served as a volunteer coordinator for the Orlando International Fringe Festival and as the Marketing Coordinator on the Board of Directors for Voci Dance in Orlando. Shannon is very proud to have served on the Board of Weber Dance since its inception. 

MaryPat Lohse

MaryPat Lohse has served as a member of the board since 2008. She is an organizational theorist and brings experience with strategic planning, as well as a passion for arts and the environment. MaryPat holds a Master’s degree in administration, planning, and social policy from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. She has worked in higher education administration for fourteen years.

Todd Mulder

A native of Brooklyn, NY, Todd enjoys modern dance and the creative process.  He has seen hundreds of performances, but his favorite is Weber Dance. He is a Regional Director for Restaurant Associates in Boston and provides fabulous meals to the students at Harvard Business School, Law School and Medical School. A former professional basketball player, he also enjoys all things related to cars. Todd brings his knowledge of finance, marketing and management to his role as Treasurer of Weber Dance. 

John Lawrence "JL" Rutledge

JL Rutledge, President of the Board of Directors, received a BS in Computer Science from UMass Amherst in 1989, a MS in Computer Science from UMass Lowell in 1994, and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management in 2010 where he was a member of the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.

Jody Weber

In addition to her artistic and scholarly work, Jody Weber served as the Co-Executive Director of Green Street Studios Center for Movement and Dance in Cambridge from 2000-2005 where her responsibilities included grant writing, program development, fundraising and daily operations. She is responsible for developing and implementing an array of programs in Washington, DC through Glen Echo Park and has served as an adjudicator for the Somerville Arts Council and the Cambridge Arts Council.
